• Weekly Quick Questions, Wood ID, and Deal or No Deal /r/Woodworking Megathread
• I built a bike jump without power tools, screws, nails or glue! Mostly from an Ash tree and a bit of Cedar for the decking. The full build is on youtube if anyone's curious!
• Attempting to make the most beautiful mallet ever made. I’ve got to be close.
• I seem to have a real problem with small dragons invading my workshop. They just keep showing up.
• Scrap pile was getting a little tall so I made this night stand for my baby son.
• Just finished my first project — a white oak bench for my entryway. I’m hooked!
• Walnut electric piano table. First piece of furniture.
• It’s not much compared to some of the amazing talent on here but I just finished my first major project, drafted and built an aquarium stand all by myself.
• My cousin contracted me to make a custom designed tea table for his tea hobby!
• I made an urn for a friend’s doggo.
• I built an ash dresser with maple drawers
• SYP & Pecan inspired by the Anarchist's Workbench
• My first attempt at woodworking...built this bench!
• I used a sandblasting technique to get the texture on this smoking pipe. (Swipe to see finished pics).
• My attempt at a cutlery organizer.
• I hand cut a d20
• Experimentation with a Random Terrain Generator feature on a CNC router for a small box made with Cherry and Walnut
• I'm new to woodworking and made this cat tower with my dad. To me this is obviously a masterpiece.
• Floating maple vanity (8/4 maple milled down to 1-5/8”) . It’s always the simple ones that are surprisingly difficult to execute. I can’t wait to see the finished product
• Big spoon I made as my first project (banana for scale)
• Had a leftover bit of live edge maple after building a table for a friend so I decided to spruce up my house numbers. Need to upgrade that god awful light now
• Did my first set of Dovetails on some cedar.. it turned out terrible..also, im dumb. So, I tried again with some walnut the same day. Im reasonably satisfied considering thats the first time iv ever tried my hand at dovetails!
• Mid-Century Modern Coffee Table
• Padauk, Osage Orange, Purple Heart, and Wenge!
• After years of woodworking, my wife agreed to a large live edge dining room table.
