    I built some baby gates. The gates will be up for a couple years so I wanted them to look nicer than the standard plastic ones. I like the look of geometric wall art so this was my attempt to combine them. When we no longer need the gates we can hang them on the wall.

    Helped the step granddaughter make a shot glass display for her moms birthday. Pine with purple heart. Brass nails for decoration. First coat of linseed oil applied. Now she wants to make a cutting board. Glad shes likes being in the woodshop.

    My wife needed a grooming tote for her horse, so I made her one after getting inspired by toolboxes I’ve seen here. Cedar for lightness with a walnut inlay and handle for strength. Simple clear poly coat finish.
