• I made Homer's spice rack from the Simpsons
• Floating shelves and mantle from a cedar I felled, dried, and milled. Unbelievably happy how it turned out.
• My girlfriend and I just finished making our new deck-shed
• Wifey wanted a table. Wifey got a table. First big build so to speak
• End Table w/ Glass Top || Made Using Reclaimed Pallet Wood
• Built a wooden rack. Cast some concrete plates. Honestly I’m just glad it didn’t fall apart.
• I made a birdhouse! TIE Fighter made from maple and wenge. The rebels are unprepared for our attack. Signal vice-Admiral Thrawn to launch his TIE squadrons immediately.
• Step stool made from albizia. Also, my first functional/non-practice dovetails.
• First time whittling.
• 2 weeks into quarantine I made a Tardis with spare materials in the garage for my network rack.
• Not the best photo but surprising my mother in-law with a new picnic table, first major project and I’m pretty satisfied!!
• Still have a lot of fine tuning, but happy with how it turned out
• My step-son wanted to build a skateboard “ledge”. He had grand plans but didn’t know exactly what to do so I had him draw his thoughts out. A few hours and a few new experiences with tools he hadn’t previously used (table saw), he made a ledge.
• Getting there, I still struggle big time with transferring my marks
• Learning to do wood inlay. This one is walnut, padauk, birds eye maple, and copper
• Mee First flower Mates
• I built a Squatty potty. She ain’t much, but my poops are going to be taken to the next level.
• Needed more garden storage but on lockdown so had to salvage supplies. Old fence, fence posts and pallets.
• Quarantine projects for the ole lady, I think yes! Considering making more to sell. Thoughts from the crowd on what they’d go for, if anything?
• Just finished my first quarantine project. By far the most ambitious build I've taken on.
• Repurposed bowling alley floor as a desktop for our kids. 107yo maple wood floor slab salvaged from demolition job of a recreation hall at an old estate. Used a 1/8” bronze flat bar to band the edges for strength and to hide countersunk holes for thru bolts that go all the way through the slab.
• My sister recently had her first crash, managed to recover the logo from her car and made her this!
• Built my first piece of furniture!
