    My dad built our back porch before he died a few years back. The railing got smashed by falling branches in an ice storm in February, and today my brother and I (with our nearly zero wood working experience) managed to cobble it back together. It’s far from perfect, but it’s finished.

    70+ year old tripod end table broke for the 2nd time so I turned it into a penta-pod. Did everything using only a jigsaw, electric hand planer, hand sander, and a router table.
