- Saved an old factory trolley from a skip. Gave the woodwork a little love and the frame a touch too. Came out nice.
- My first attempt at making a chair
- I’m about 9 minutes into owning a draw knife and it might already be my favorite tool. So much fun!
- I was bored today and learned I lost my awl, so I decided instead of spending $12 for a new one, I’d spend 3 hours making one! I cut the 1/2” steel rod to length, chucked it up in the drill press and filed it to shape. Shaped the handle by hand.
- Since the last post I was able to start a small business and build more. Still got lots to learn but its a start!
- Just about finished with this Ipe outdoor cabinet, floating bench, water feature, and planter! Just waiting on doors and countertops to come in...

- My Eagle Scout project at a historic cemetery. Made of cedar, took about 20 man hours and cost about $350. The other part of my project was restoring civil war vet headstones and recording their names, then designing and printing a sign with some information and history about them.
