    Niece just turned 1 and I wanted to make something nice for her. Traded my coffee guy a wand I turned for the wood. 100 year old elm finished with walnut oil and beeswax. Inspired by many other rattles posted here.

    My first attempt at building furniture. It’s a 10’ farmhouse table using standard Douglas fir. Only time will tell the amount of cupping that may happen. Total $500 and 6 weekends of work.
