• Finally tried some concepts in my kitchen.
• Maple burl wood and epoxy.
• I made a bookcase shelf thing
• Got fired in October, start a new job soon and it’s WFH, needed a desk, so I made a desk!
• I made this bookcase for the living room of my old Victorian house
• Oak and walnut bookshelf for a nursery. Over 8 feet high and 6 feet wide. Comes off the wall 9 inches. This was a much more difficult project than originally anticipated. So...Many...Angles...
• Walnut floating desk and built in
• Rough lumber to finished desk, 8 months, 60 hours, $xxxxx dollars later, it is done! There are lots of firsts including mortise and tenon joinery. Inspired by the wood whisperer. White oak and walnut, finished with Rubio Monocoat clear. 15 year old me is super happy about the PC in the desk!
• Interlocking semicircles coffee table :)
• I made my first tambour door and i'm pretty prout that's working :D
• The look on his face when he saw this Fallout NCR themed 'blanket' chest was great! From rough sawn 4/4 walnut to this... even the laser cutting of the lid decoration was done right here in house.
• Built this matching living room set. Everything milled from the same tree and loaded with figure
• First 'fine furniture' project completed! Thank you all for inspiration! Walnut side table with brass inlay/dowels
• My dad, 80 year old cabinet maker, and I built a new workbench for my basement.
• Challenged myself to only use the chainsaw for this bench.
• First post to reddit and first project of this size! Dinning room table, walnut top with solid wood legs.
• Final Carving and Lessons Learned
• Made these as gifts for my brothers. Walnut coasters with a hint of maple.
• Here's a short time lapse of me installing the last couple boards in this row. Should finish up the last row this week!
• Made a stand for my MacBook Air!
• Bandsaw box
• I made a cat tree.
• My COVID project finally completed today. Man Cave Bar is ready for when we can start entertaining again.
• My wife and I are moving to Germany and our current dinning room table is a bit too big. Our plan was simple. Downsize, but make WAY cooler.
