- Been lurking here a long time, quit my job as a software developer about six months ago because I hated sitting at a desk all day. Started woodworking full time, this was my first major job, finally finished.
- Second post here. Y'all gave me so much love the first time around, it took me a while to post something worthy. Wireless Charger, Sapele & White Oak. Blum Undermount Slides.
- Reclaimed bowling alley lane turned into my computer desk.
- Dining banquet-island I made for my friend’s new kitchen
- I’m a total, unashamed nerd. I needed a small table for my game room. Here it is!
- Mandala table and kaleidoscope in black walnut
- Got to work with the space you've got. Which is not much in my case.
- Needed to remodel my house, and needed a place to work from. So I built a wood shop in a tent...thanks for the time, Covid.
- I made something for my expectant wife. Got the idea from a piece my parents used to have.
- A mudroom for my wife
- Got another order finished. Turned out pretty good!
- Little remodel I did on my stair case. Looking for recommendations on a protective clear to put over the paint on the rails.
- Are we still doing Mallets?
- It was a grind, but bench is done!
- New entertainment console - first project with my own plans!
- I made this for my new nephew to be (all things going well ) arriving on Thursday. My sister is going for a marine theme for his room, hence the whale. It’ll have his name top right and DoB bottom left. I haven’t dared to guess either just yet... wish her luck!
- Friendly reminder to take eye protection seriously. Went from 5000rpm to 0 in about a millisecond.
- Just sharing my little workshop cause I like how it's coming along. Not much, but my tool collection is growing. Most importantly, it gives me a place to practice and learn new skills. Only been in this house 2 months, and I've already spent many late nights and weekends out here.
- Replaced an old microwave cabinet with some new shelves, simple but really opens up the space
- My first project, a toy box for my son(currently still in the oven) I expect crayon will be the final finish one day lol
- Made a little talisman sorta thing for my sister to put in her pack.
- Some continuous grain walnut nightstands I made with a white drawer face. Not sure how I feel about the white, but it’s what they wanted.
- My boy loves baseball and ‘The Natural’. He inspired me to turn wood for the first time, working together to make a bat. We had a blast. Probably not the last time.
- My pops and I made these funky little plant stands. We're still new to the game, but we were pretty satisfied with how these turned out.
