    One of the most difficult jobs is connecting a horizontal railing to angled railing. But it can be done. Carved from white pine.

    Took a whack at making my first mallet as well as my first wedged mortise and tenon. I think it came through nicely. I'm excited to tidy up a couple of things on the next ones so I can feel confident making some for others
