Wood working Not as impressive as a lot of the stuff I see here, but I just wrapped up my first set of doors and I’m proud of how they turned out. |
- Not as impressive as a lot of the stuff I see here, but I just wrapped up my first set of doors and I’m proud of how they turned out.
- Finally got this Sliding Tambour door working! (Sorry for vertical, video taken for Instagram story)
- Its nothing crazy, but I'm proud of it
- Here’s a collection of wands I’ve made from my long, skinny scraps.
- Climbing holds is a good thing too do with scrap burl wood can’t throw it away
- Claro walnut box with a wenge handle I turned. Leather lined bottom - I love the movement in this.
- Rack. Pine (my first project for a client)
- Hated my standing coat rack so I turned a gnarly piece of aromatic cedar into a wall mounted one.
- One of the most difficult jobs is connecting a horizontal railing to angled railing. But it can be done. Carved from white pine.
- Tool charging station much needed for the work space.
- Second night without power. So wood scraps just became firewood. And wife will never ask if I need so much scrap again.
- Vinyl record storage table, walnut and mahogany
- Live edge spalted maple table project
- I finally built my dream dining table (build log in comments)
- 2nd project ever - 1st one in a very long time - new kitchen 'counter' table/prep island.
- Wood vase
- Made some gnarly looking elm into a wrench plaque and inset the name plate.
- Pool Room sign
- I made a nightstand dock for my phone
- Tallado en madera de granero recuperada como regalo para mi amigo que falleció recientemente.
- Took a whack at making my first mallet as well as my first wedged mortise and tenon. I think it came through nicely. I'm excited to tidy up a couple of things on the next ones so I can feel confident making some for others
- Railing system I built over entry to match original lower part.
- This is the way... to store cigars in style. Had trouble finding a classy themed humidor, so I made this one. Probably my favorite build to date.
- Had some leftovers so I made another smaller slat bench
