• The "Look What I Got For Christmas" Megathread
• My dad did something dumb on the tablesaw last week so I made him a Christmas present to remind him of something he always told me
• A change in how I signed my work today.
• At the start of lockdown (Dublin, Ireland) I took my eldest son into our workshop, to spend time and get him used to the tools. This day, armed with sambos, we made 13 money boxes, so he could sell them to his buddies, when schools opened back up. It was a lovely day together.
• I have 5 kids between 4 and 6 years old. Massive Lego table is complete and Santa will be delivering tonight. Trough around edges is more for the grown ups to contain the mess. Top is 30" x 40". About 45" x 55" all around.
• Made my sister a wooden chest with the Harry Potter book collection! Sorry, my woodworking skills aren't the greatest, but I tried my best! Happy Christmas!
• Wife didn’t hate the table I made for my big green egg
• My daughter wanted an IHOP for Barbie and this was the end result. Not perfect, but had a great time making it.
• My wife and I finished this airplane rocker just in time for our son's first Christmas!
• A toy/play xylophone I made for my god-daughter. The bars are locally harvested ironwood, the base is cherry. It's tuned to the scale of G
• First go at making an end grain cutting board.
• Just bought my first house! I am pretty excited
• My daughter has been asking for bunk beds for a year. She’s at her moms for the last two days so I had to hustle. Hope she likes it. I know I know I forgot to paint the head board but there’s no time.
• No where near the quality I see on here but wanted to share a rustic bench top I made for a kitchen job.
• Got my nephew a (manual) screwdriver and a bottle of tequila for krimbow.��
• Built this for my son's 2nd Christmas.
• Walnut, maple and purple heart Charcuterie board, Christmas present for my mom. First project after setting up my shop in my new garage.
• Permanent dog house/platform to help my dog see out the front window.
• Update: As far as I could get, frantically trying to make my 5 year old the best bed I can think of before Christmas. Yes it’s padded, it’s only about 90% done and yes, slide will get a splinter free guard rail.
• Candy Dispenser for my mom, based on my memories of one her Grandpa had
• Made this desk for my lady this week, i thought it might be appreciated here. Merry Christmas everybody! �� ��
• Pencil holder I made my dad based off a picture I took of him. The little man moves up and down. Not perfect, but I’m proud of it.
• Installed a semi random deco wall yesterday with white oak.
• First time giving a woodworking gift to my wife. Just a simple box with lots of beginner mistakes. Merry Christmas to all!
• Simple headset stand i made for Secret Santa!
