• Weekly Quick Questions, Wood ID, and Deal or No Deal /r/Woodworking Megathread
• Built my son's a bunk bed this weekend. All Doug fir construction lumber. All half lap joinery with lag bolts for the major fasteners.
• Tons of little diamonds made up this big ol parquetry wall piece. It's not perfect, bit it was fun. Time to get it framed.
• Didn't realize these were all the rage when my brother made it for our new baby.
• First attempt at a shoe shelf
• First post here. Was told we needed a top for my wifes coffee bar. Lamanted 1nch ply that was was scrap in my shop, then surfaced on cnc. Feel like i leveled up with this one
• My 4 year old working on his project
• Beginnings of my first ever built ins. Not much, but I’m proud of them. (Please ignore the junk lol)
• I’ve really enjoyed my 11 yr old son taking interest in learning woodworking and spending time in the shop with me. It’s cool to see his imagination come to life. Here’s what he put together using scraps from the bin.
• Here's a wooden pug I built a few months back. He's good company; doesn't say much though.
• Just finished up a Koa bentwood ring.
• Update...White risers!
• Spalted Beech end table
• I'm just a blacksmith trying this whole woodworking thing. 16x14x2 cutting board in walnut, cherry and maple.
• I made a Among Us figure out of bloodwood
• Just finished my new workbench. After essentially working off of plastic 6’ tables I’m really looking forward to having a proper workbench! ��
• Deck bar
• Made this box for my grandmother’s 80th, amboyna veneer with maple lining!
• Built my first canoe paddle using a belt sander and Spokeshave. Needs 4 more oil coats. Present for my GF for christmas, needed to share this with someone so I don't spill the beans!
• Just finished my first guitar build from scratch. What do you guys think about the final product?
• My PC I made a year ago.
• Had lots of end pieces left from my bar stools project. Found good use for them.
• A place to take a break when you are out hiking! Made it this summer (2020).
• Don't make your wings longer then your cart is tall! Got too caught up in the hinge mechanism to think properly...
• My dad hand carved this star for me from a single piece of wood, threaded wire through and carved a box to go with it. It has a tiny hole drilled in one of the ends to mount it. He has built houses and every piece of wooden furniture in my parent's house. He has incredible talent.
