    This. This is a big deal to a miter saw noob. Not a fancy dovetail (not yet). Not some awesome piece of ridiculously lovely furniture. This simple, silly end cut on my bathroom molding makes me proud to be a woodworker.

    I didn't want to spend $1000 on a custom desk for my office, but wanted something I'd be happy with. So I took up woodworking and I'm now down about $2000. Lol.

    Basket weave end grain cutting board. I made a large and a small version. African Mahogany and Eastern Hard Maple. This was a fun build. It was popular too. I pulled them out of the oil this morning and they were sold by noon.

    Progress pics of Work from home worktop I just finished. Solid 5/4 red oak. The room is round so I had to scribe the whole thing to fit the rounded walls and one straight one. This piece was so big I had to build a platform in my garage on which to plane the pieces flush and cut the weird angles.

    I made a Bluetooth speaker using Curley Maple, Zebra Wood, and highlights of Walnut. I made this for my mom for Christmas, I think she will be stoked.
