Wood working 9' Hollow Wooden Longboard |
- 9' Hollow Wooden Longboard
- Getting close to finishing the hull of my hobby project
- A little chevron charcuterie love Padauk, maple & walnut
- Long time coming!
- I’m 15 and since school closed I figured I would use the situation to my advantage. I made this box for my guitar picks out of some walnut and recycled poplar.
- This guy has become a regular and I’ve become a bird watcher.
- Rose made with wood shavings and burned edges
- I stealthily follow my mom on Pinterest for gift ideas. She pinned something similar to this, so I made one for her for mother's day.
- My first work bench....starting to take wood working a bit more serious....so I built this today...i was overdue
- It ain’t fancy but she’ll do. Got tired of buying herbs at Safeway.
- Haven't built anything for over a decade. For Mother's Day I built my wife a rain station out of a gnarly pallet using only an old Skil Saw, Sawzall, palm sander, and a ton of hand nailing. Finished it with some left over deck sealer.
- Finally finished the workbench. So much better having something solid to hit on.
- My quarantine project
- Made some new slding shoe racks.
- Thanks everyone for your help and support! It only took me 100bd ft of quarter sawn white oak to make the worlds most perfect door stop. #blessed
- Finally finished the switch...thanks Chris Solomone for the inspiration!
- My first build; 11’ x 13” x 2.5” African mahogany sofa table w/ iron pipe legs. Link to more photos in comments.
- Dining room table. Couldn’t afford hardwood so I used pine for the top. It’s farm style so I’m okay with dents and dings! Let me know your thoughts!!!
- Built my first router/flattening jig
- I built a hallway bench from mesquite wood with iridescent blue dyed epoxy resin where the old rotted wood was. I got the idea from u/ryan820 and his redwood seat. Link to his in the comments.
- Blessed to have family to keep me busy while I am out of work. Mud kitchen for my Niece. (More photos in comments)
- Mini workbench with vise. Beech, Wengé and Ebony inlays
- Sandbox for my 3 year olds birthday tomorrow. No real skilled joinery but damn it ground contact cedar is heavy.
- End Grain cutting board and cheese-slicer set finished up. I'll comment details.
