Wood working New Study Wainscoting |
- New Study Wainscoting
- A wise man told me timing is everything.
- My attempt to add more counter space to my kitchen and hide the trash can
- Morris chair from quarter-sawn white oak. My wife made the cushions from faux ostrich quill leather. Adjustable back. Super comfy.
- Used up some scraps to make a few squirrel picnic tables
- My first honey-do commission - mistakes were made but she loves it!
- Accent wall for our son’s nursery
- Redid my dust collection today. It sucks...
- I see all your talent and I'm a bit shy.. But this is my very first work. A table for our greenhouse. In the end I'm kinda proud and want to share
- Made some Garden Beds.
- Quarantine Projects: Plywood monitor stand with a walnut leg
- I know we don't love resin tables here, but I'm proud of this Siberian elm slab table and I had some free time.
- Woodworking is like having kids - don't do something once that you're not willing to have requested 1000 times
- Built a 2x4 workbench. My last bench was 4 layers of 3/4 inch MDF and man was it heavy. This was made with 2×4's and 2×6's. And one 2x12. Alot prettier than my last bench. Added a leg vise, because I've always wanted one. Needs the skirt cleaned up,but its close to being done.
- Great lockdown project - Matt Estlea cabinet build (album in comments)
- Cherry wood slab backing for a cast iron pot rack. First time working with a live edge slab and I thought it came out well.
- Little experiment I did using epoxy for the first and last time..
- Making the missus a laptop tray and she brings me a tea and some brownie. Moments like this make it all worthwhile.
- Found this guy in cut offs had to glue it up
- I made my husband a new monitor stand!
- First through / wedged mortise & tenon
- Wood Turning
- If anyone would like lessons on how to completely over engineer a simple shelf just let me know. At this point I could write a book on the subject.
- First working project since 1984 wood shop class and first stab at making cabinets. Used reclaimed wood taken down from the walls in another room. I’m pleased with the way they came out.
