- The grain and colour of the Australian River Redgum has always always amazed me. Last year I found a Redgum slab in a mates shed which had been drying for over 20 years... It's now in my dining room.
- My gf bought me a woodworking notepad that had a protective folder as the front page so I made myself a checklist.
- A small project I did to help pass the time during the stay at home order. Not perfect by any means, but it does the job.
- Wife wears a pendant of seratonin (chemical of happiness) around her neck. Thought I'd make a larger one for the wall in her office
- Furlough build: A very heavy cherry mirror frame.
- Quarantine Build # 2 let me know what you guys think. 12ft span to cover
- I turned a Harbor Freight freebie and some scrap walnut into this beauty
- Triangular stool
- I made a planter for my girlfriend this weekend! Stoked with how it came out!
- First real woodworking project. I know it’s not big, but it took me a long time to get perfect cuts and different holes. Especially long time with multiple trips to The Home Depot.
- Thanks to quarantine, I finally got to try my hand at woodworking. Behold: My Box
- A dresser for the nursery. I hope Riley will keep it for a long time.
- Carving a Boat out of wood
- Practice run with poplar. For wife’s uncle.
- Mahogany and black limba gift box with brass splines and hardware. Probably one of my best pieces.
- I made a cedar veggie planter to just barely fit the 2 feet between our fence and deck. Proud of how it turned out
- Walnut end-grain cigar ashtray. My first commission.
- End table made from old pallet wood.
- “Art” above the fireplace mantel. First post, be gentle.
- Latest commissioned chess board. Wenge and curly maple
- I cut up an old table and ripped down 2x4s to make the spindles. It’s my first wood project of this caliber. Free materials gave me the confidence.
- We'll put a nice little shaving stand over here.
- Walnut and copper. Filled the voids with black resin, flattened, and took to 3000 grit
- Finished my largest project to date for our house. 115’ horizontal fence
- Daughter needed a new bed
