    Sideboard I made from reclaimed white oak. Specifically, true 2x8 white oak floor joists pulled from the wreckage of a home outside Boston that was built in the 1750s.

    I made a wooden car for my son’s 6th birthday. The pine probably wasn’t the best choice for durability, but I had it on hand, and the wear will only go to show how well-loved it ends up being.

    Finished the Huon pine and Turkish oak shelf thingy. Legs suspended in place by rare earth neodymium magnets at top, supported by brass bracket at leg/wall junction. Thanks to all who advised in previous posts on proportions/golden ratio.

    New restaurant booths me and my dad built for a local bbq place. We refinished the ash tables the frames inside the booths are plywood and poplar with red oak trim.
