    Whale dancing in the sunset 50x50cm is made from 8 intricate layers of wood and has a real oak veneer top. This is my latest commission piece of artwork.

    Progress post on my first box. It has continuous grain curly maple with floating raised panels of bookmatched leopardwood, sapele splines, and hand morticed hinges. First time trying any of those techniques, and definitely not the last.
