    I’m an 18 year old woodworker and this is my second box ever made. Had no plan for it, just wanted to see if I could do it. Miter joints and top and bottom sits in grooves on the side walls. Few coats of boiled linseed oil.

    11’ runner I put together all made from heart pine - I counted 174 rings on the legs. Tree was cut down some 120 years ago so if I had to guess this tree sprouted around 350 years ago. Making it right around the time we signed the Declaration of Independence. Happy to post more if you like.
