    I finally got it all assembled. This is my first piece of furniture not using pocket screws. I wanted to do it without glue as well, but some of the joints were a little loose for that. Pieces prepared by machine, joints done by hand tools. Healthy criticism appreciated! Advice for finish?

    My first completed personal project. Designed and built this pair of bedside tables. Just welded mild steel and walnut shelves, finished with Satin Osmo. Made many mistakes but learned a lot, quite happy how they turned out eventually.
