• I am 11 years old and just got into woodworking. My first attempt at a wooden knife...
• I made a wooden quilt for my mom, who is an avid quilter. 240 pieces of Red Oak, Black Walnut, Mesquite, Eastern Red Cedar, and Curly Maple. 692 joints in total. Final piece is 15”x15” My most detailed piece of wall art yet!
• Have been encouraging my dad for years to sell of his woodworking. Finally going to his first market tomorrow. This is my favorite of the items for sale.
• Made a bowl in my HS woodworking class
• Last shop photo I posted was of my garage...business has been good, so I finally rented a bigger shop!
• Completed my sapele countertop
• [OC] a 3 way blind miter joint.
• My old TV stand didn’t match my place, so I built a new one out of scrap material from work
• I know we have all seen them, but the before and after oil shots are my favorite.
• I am brand new to woodworking, and while I’m not proud of the mistakes I made in the process, I managed to complete my first workbench
• His/Her BattleStations. Desks made myself from BlackButt - both of them came up real nice - quite proud of myself as they are my first major project
• First mallet. Flaws included.
• Custom watch box
• Figured Maple/Wenge/American Elm ����
• Here’s a short clip of me making a famous YouTubers lure. How would you say I did?
• Installed drawers in the back of a van
• Jewellery box I put together from some wood found in my dad's attic.
• The girlfriend is a writer and likes dangly earrings.
• Work in progress- got the first layer of paint applied to this rainbow trout wood carving.
• Slab of tree that bought me a new house, repurposed
• Wasted some Figured walnut on this shitty river side table. Made with Figured walnut, blue epoxy, and those shitty hairpin legs everyone uses from Amazon. I fell like the Nickel back of woodworking.
• Not sure whats more satisfying, the velvety smooth unfinished wood, or applying the first coat of finish.
