• Some of the paddles I made. Some pine, oak and Ipe wood. And the pine ones are reclaimed pallet wood. Thoughts?
• My first half blind dovetails, storage box made with pine and red grandis, finished with danish oil and beeswax. I made mistakes but still proud.
• Minecraft chest for Nephew
• My 2nd woodworking project ever: a garage for my robot lawnmower. This was the first test run to make sure it would fit itself back in before building the roof.
• Subaru Outback Car Camp!
• You won’t see it in fine woodworking magazine, but I made a chairlift swing
• Garden seating area out of old pallets
• My Goth Style Tensegrity Table
• My first bedroom suite built for my cousin. Mission style, solid oak.
• We're expecting our first child this fall, so I made a custom changing table to fit in the nursery.
• Toughest glue up of my life. 12 foot by 2.5 foot bench top in mahogany.
• Coffee table beech and walnut.
• A gouge chip carved maple panel. The texture in the middle was established with an awl and a punch
• Anyone ever delay an important project for a fun idea? One more week of no table/eating on the ground but now I have a sugar bowl!
• UPDATE: Nurse here, now also woodworkwer-ish. Another day off, project is now stained, hooks applied and moved to the backyard. I have already potted a plant on this bench. Again, I am pleased with the outcome. Thank you again to everyone for the words of positivity!
• I made some sign holders for a historical house in Philly a few weeks ago. It's all made from an ash tree that fell down on their property.
• Book-matched walnut and copper dining table with resin through the middle and legs. Some thing I could's improved but overall think idea came together.
• Elm box from a tree in the backyard
• Wedding gift I made for my friends. Details and method to transfer a picture onto wood in the comments!
• Pair of farmhouse stools. They don't look like much, but they're the first pieces of furniture I've made that are allowed in the house. So. That's a win.
