- Weekly Quick Questions, Wood ID, and Deal or No Deal /r/Woodworking Megathread
- Not perfect but it got a "yes". Hard maple my dad's been holding onto for a while.
- I designed and built a mid century style coffee table with a cnc kerf cut “tambour” door. It was also my first time having custom brass hardware made for the feet, which turned out nice.
- I know it's not as pretty as other postings, but here's the heightened frame I made so my old dad can get off the couch easier
- My dad in passed away in March. He did woodwork his whole life so I’ve been trying to learn now. Here is the start of my first build. Thanks for reading
- My wife wanted to buy a coat hanger. I told her I could make one for almost nothing. And for once, it has indeed cost almost nothing!
- First Chevron board attempt!
- Love the way the olive wood came out on the top of this box!
- Leaf Spring Coffee Table
- First ever table saw injury. Extremely minor (thank goodness) but enough to pack it in for the day. Don't ever get too comfy with your tools!!
- Made myself a flyfishing box
- Designed and created this contoured railing for someone's loft area. Similar concept to the "wave wall" I posted before - not traditional woodworking, but it's still made of wood! Oak with solid aluminum.
- Time lapse showing the laying up of my latest work (yes laser cut)
- Designed and built a 2 cord cedar firewood shed
- My last post I mentioned I did not have the means of access to a woodworking shop. Since then I got a job at a shop here in Canada and have free reign of all tools and machines.
- Wooden work elephant figure big size
- I made a table top for an adjustable height desk using a half sheet of plywood, some hexagon wall tiles, and some epoxy
- Function over fashion! While painting the house, the wife left town on a business trip so I decided to “surprise” her with a pantry makeover since we both hated it. The truth is I get to do what I want when she out of town because I don’t have to clear it with her!
- Crazy grain on my latest handle. Thought you guys would enjoy
- Fox marquetry wood pictures by me. I used cherry, mahogany, eucalyptus, maple and oak.
- Extendable dining table finally complete and ready for delivery. A real pleasure to have made.
- Chicken coop, first build with the Alaskan mill.
- Extendable dining Table all complete, getting it all closed away for delivery.
- Graduation bench for my high school
- I built a temporary benchtop bench to work on while waiting for lumber prices to drop
