- Weekly Quick Questions, Wood ID, and Deal or No Deal /r/Woodworking Megathread
- Something a bit different... My 9' micro-tugboat
- Inexperienced woodworker gets a polite introduction to kickback
- The first one was a joke, and then I had orders for 30 more. I gave up and made templates for the BDB Charcuterie... Sigh, I’m a woodworker Harry.
- My second attempt at my "perfect" chess board
- Son (3) requested a treasure chest
- I carved a royal spoonbill to accompany the cassowary I carved a couple months ago. Both are in 2x12 pine lumber.
- I’m a simple man.
- Finally all glued up.
- I got a router as a birthday present from the wife! So I made this learning tower for my one year old, and I rounded every edge possible.
- After all the work I did to put this together I'm a little sad to ship it out. An end grain cutting board made of walnut and maple. This thing is a beast at almost 10lbs, 21in by 14in.
- Shark hootering board no. 2
- Made a wooden mouse for my nephews 1 year birthday
- I wanted to try a method for making two pencil cups without a lathe, and this is my finished product! Because it was an “experiment” I use all scrap wood... but I have to say I’m really happy with the finished look.
- I present to all you wonderful inspirations, my version of the BMW: the Behemoth Mobile Workbench
- Finished my first table and corner bench. All pine 2x10s and fir 4x4s. Waiting for the new chairs to come in.
- My first wood working project that landed on the house
- I was told I should post this here. Hand carved a Quagsire from Pokemon out of basswood! This is my second carving I have done so far
- My custom computer desk made with Red Oak and Walnut plywood.
- I used up some scraps and learned a new technique.
- A post-apocalyptic battle mace for my good friend, Mr. J. Maple, mild steel, O1 tool steel (the lug for the lanyard), and leather. This was a fun project.
- Here’s my first take on a desk! (Or any table really) Totally loved this project, made with relacimed teak, old growth cedar fence boards and home milled dugless fir. I’m beginning to use my dads shop more than he is..
- I see your "first dovetail" posts and raise you one janky buzzardtail.
- Did a shelving unit for my bike stuff. Made every bit of it using pallet wood. Everything went well except for the varnish finish. Not as smooth as I wanted to be but I think it’s quite alright
- Gabon Ebony and Paduak
