• After three years of writing, one year of shooting, four years of re-shooting, and two years of editing, I have finally completed setting up my garage woodshop
• Just completed this Sea Chest
• Some end grain cutting boards i made in last couple weeks
• Chain of events: My dad gave me an old lathe. I lost my coffee scoop. Played with said new lathe to make a new one. Ended up with backups.
• I found some old tree slices and rubbed on them until it was desk shaped.
• I finally finished my wife’s (last April) birthday present! But it’s, by far, the proudest I’ve ever been of woodwork.
• Beginner Woodworker - Second chair
• My girlfriend liked a plant stand she saw in a store but it was way overpriced. Used the online item description page to replicate and modify it to her needs out of scraps from an ongoing larger project.
• My first Bowtie, cut and chiseled by hand. Pretty happy with the result.
• I made an outdoor bench! Solid jarrah, ready for sundowners.
• Segmented Bowls
• Made something nice to hang on the wall. Kumiko panel in a walnut frame
• Thought I’d post some pictures of a bathroom remodel/wainscoting job I just finished.
• Finished tea box in cherry and maple
• Made a box for my girlfriend. I'm still very new at dovetails and it was my first time trying inlays
• A magnetic ring box that I'm putting to use in a week!
• Fancy, schmancy star knobs
• A custom vanity for my sister’s bathroom to fit the door frame and plumbing requirements. Oak all around, unfinished legs purchased to expedite the project. Love the way the finished grain looks.
• 6/4 ash top and painted poplar toy box with hidden drawer, for my son
• First simple carving into wood
• A rare sighting of a car parked in my wood shop
• Moved into our apartment in May and I finally completed our counter-height kitchen/dining table, first time edge joining boards for a tabletop!
