• Delivered my first commissioned piece yesterday. I think they were happy!
• Here’s my take on a hanging table. An interesting project with lots of experimentation. Totally fun
• Wife wanted a desk for my 5-yr old daughter to start home school. It’s my first furniture build and first attempt with a through mortise and tenon joint. Proud share moment
• I was surprised with the positive feedback on the joint cases I posted a while back, so I decided to make some one-hitter dugouts in the same style!
• First attempt at steam bending!
• You may remember that I asked about a farmhouse table plan. Well here is the base I made from that plan and the advice I recieved here.
• This chaise I’m working on coming along. It will be covered with foam and be upholstered.
• New apron setup
• Measure twice, cut once. Lol the receiver was supposed to go where the books are.
• My quarantine miter station is finally complete
• Finished coffee table, Ash and Mahogany, oil finish, hand tool only build
• Spent covid building these guitars with my brother! Fully carved archtop guitars! Spruce top, maple back side and neck, ebony fingerboard !
• "This Girl is on Fire." Looking for feedback please.
• New home, new workbench!
• Maple chopping block 44”x26”x10” sanded to 150 grit.
• I re-created a custom sized cup holder tray for an old VW Vanagon. It's mounted on a folding arm to hide away when not needed. I think the Walnut will make a nice statement in the antique van.
• Won a 10” dewalt compound miter saw on auction for $65.00. Didn’t realize cabinets came with
• Finally finished my wine barrel coffee table. The inside smells beautifully like wine!
• Made a nice monitor stand out of oak plywood, first time kerf bending!
• First dovetails for an EDC box with hand tools. A small but humbling project.
• Custom cutting board to fit over an RV stove. Maple and Walnut with Padauk splines.
• Quick one day shop organization
• Amateur woodworker, but I’m proud of finished wood shed.
• I finally finished my drill press cart this weekend
• Took a stab at a geometric mountain range. Pine and maple. First time I ever used my table saw for a cut that wasn’t 90 degrees....might make more and use them as an excuse to buy a miter saw.
