    Hi! I'm a 15-year-old woodworker. I recently got into Mortal Kombat and thought it would be fun to replicate the Scorpion Kunai. This was a fun project, and I have made other knife replicas for different games.

    Anyone play with hempwood? It's an engineered wood product of compressed hemp fibers. Funky "grain" and psuedo-spalted coloration. But it's hard and dense, from the binding agent surely.

    Needed a box to store the heads, cam and crankshaft of my engine I'm rebuilding. It is not pretty and is full of splinters but its functional and serves its purpose in life. Gonna make a lid for it soon.

    I hand carved this Komodo dragon in boxwood. It is a netsuke with silver, signed cartouche. The scales took about 70 hours...

    Accidentally cut some boards too short. I had to improvise. I decided to cut them in half and slap some walnut in between. I think it was a happy mistake.
