    My daughter dared me to make the smallest spoon I could. Not quite as easy as I thought it would be. She got a kick out of it... although I don’t know what to do with it now.

    A year ago, I stopped working as an civil engineer to fulfill my passion as a woodworker. It was scary at first but it's the best decision I've made. This was my last commissioned project of 2019!

    Made this for my best bud who is now living in San Diego. He doesn't know it's coming in the mail. Canary Wood, Aspen, Red Oak and Purple Heart finished with Tung Oil.

    Hot plate I made my aunt for Christmas. Design had potential. I think with some darker inlays in the slots, it'd make a nice cutting board. Other ideas?

    Just got my lumber mill for the shop! It resawed some 7” white oak 1/16” thick flawlessly, with a finish smooth enough for sanding or smoothing plane, no planer required!

    Just moved into a new place, the backyard has this ugly concrete section in the corner. Thought I would improve the look by building a pyramid planter box to cover it up. Now to just get the plants !

    Lord only knows why someone would cover up an arched entry like the one I found behind old siding. I crafted arched trim with a keystone, refinished the arched tongue and groove and added a recessed LED light. Fresh paint and there is the missing curb appeal!

    Bought an old rusty crosscut saw that needed some work. Replaced the plastic handle with Brazilian rosewood. Finished with BLO
